Pastry Chef of the Year in 2011, 2013 and 2015, Janice Wong is the reigning champion of  Singapore’s dessert scene. The sweet owner of 2am: dessertbar is famous for her sweets, too. However, with an upcoming flagship restaurant at the National Museum, Wong looks set to possibly conquer the realm of things savoury too.
